Vintage Hardy “The A H E Wood Salmon Rod” 12ft #8 Palakona split cane fly fishing rod. This rod, stamped H58250 (1964) is in excellent condition. Having bronzed brass Spiral Lockfast joints, agatipe lined butt and tip rings, burgundy eye and intermediate whippings and a 22” solid cork handle with single alloy sliding ring reel seat. This rod comes complete with a turned wooden stopper and a Hardy zip & press stud (working) khaki cloth bag.
