Rare vintage and early Hardy “Gold Medal” 16ft 3 piece (plus spare tip) Fly Rod in very good condition with bamboo butt and centre section and greenheart twin tips. Bronzed brass suction ferrules, black whipped snake eyes and a 25” wooden handle with single bronze sliding ring reel seat. This 120 year old twin tip rod marked A13637 (1906) comes in its Hardy “rod and hand” 4 pocket khaki cloth. Un - assembled length 173cm. 501
Rare vintage Hardy “Roach Rod” 14ft 3 piece Coarse Rod with a bamboo butt and centre section and a bamboo spliced split cane tip section; in very good condition. Bronzed brass suction ferrules, green eye and intermediate whippings, lined tip ring and a 26” cork handle with twin brass sliding ring reel fittings. This rod stamped G 29909 comes complete with a pair of matching turned hardwood stoppers and in a 3 pocket tan cloth bag with a sewn on Hardy label. Un - assembled length 150cm. 575
