This early rod stamped A13074 (1904) is in very good condition given its age, having bronzed brass ferrules, lined butt & tip rings, burgundy intermediate and eye whippings and a 15” leather covered handle with bronze sliding ring reel seat. This rod comes complete with a Hardy 3 pocket khaki cloth bag (not the original).
Vintage Hardy “The A H E Wood Salmon Rod” 12ft #8 Palakona split cane fly fishing rod. This rod, stamped H58250 (1964) is in excellent condition. Having bronzed brass Spiral Lockfast joints, agatipe lined butt and tip rings, burgundy eye and intermediate whippings and a 22” solid cork handle with single alloy sliding ring reel seat. This rod comes complete with a turned wooden stopper and a Hardy zip & press stud (working) khaki cloth bag. This vintage rod, stamped H29192 (1960) is in excellent condition having a bronzed brass ferrule, stand-off rings, lined tip ring, scarlet tipped green whippings, copper whipping butt ring and a 14” cork handle with twin alloy sliding ring reel fittings.
