Vintage Hardy “Gold Medal” 16ft 3 piece (plus spare tip) split cane Salmon Fly Rod in very good condition for a rod of its age. Lockfast joints, burgundy eye and intermediate whippings, and a 28” cork handle with bronze single slip ring W reel seat. This twin tip rod, stamped 8463 circa 1905 comes with an unbranded twin pocket bag. Note, some eyes have been professionally re whipped and one tip eye replaced, please study the photos.
