Rare vintage Hardy “The Wye” 13ft 6” #9, 3 piece (plus spare tip) Palakona cane Salmon Fly Rod in excellent condition. Copper wound Lockfast joints, burgundy eye and intermediate whippings, lined butt and tip rings, turned alloy stoppers and a 25 1/2” cork handle with alloy sliding screw grip reel seat. This rare fly rod stamped H51523C (circa 1962) has seen light use and been well maintained. Original Hardy 4 pocket zip and press stud (working) khaki cloth bag included.
