Rare vintage Hardy “Rouge River” 9ft 6” 3 piece (plus spare tip) Palakona split cane Fly Rod, (manufactured 1934 - 1962), in excellent condition. Bronzed brass ferrules, red eye and intermediate whippings, lined butt and tip rings, and a cork handle with up-locking alloy reel seat. This all original twin tip rod, marked E 61166 (1947) comes with a 4 pocket Hardy style cloth bag, screw top aluminium tube and a copy of the 63rd edition Hardy’s Anglers Guide and Catalogue included.
