Rare vintage Hardy “No 1 J. J. Hardy” 9ft 9” 3 piece split cane Fly Rod in very good condition. Stud Lock joints, green eye and intermediate whippings, lined eyes throughout and a 12” cork hand with up-locking reel seat. This trout fly rod, stamped E 43864 (1937) comes without its spear but in a Hardy khaki bag; also included is an alloy tube with a Hardy cloth tube bag and a copy of the Hardy’s Anglers Guide coronation edition.
