Vintage Hardy “The Gold Medal” 9ft 6” 3 piece (plus spare tip) Palakona split cane Fly Rod in good condition. Lockfast ferrules, burgundy eye and intermediate whippings, lined butt and tip rings, and a cork handle with up-locking alloy reel seat. This twin tip rod, marked H 21297 (1959) comes complete with turned hardwood stoppers and a 4 pocket Hardy zip and press stud (working) cloth bag with Hardy care label attached.
