Rare Hardy “The CC De France” 8ft 5” 2 piece Palakona split cane Fly Rod in very good condition. Suction ferrule, silk whipped eyes, agate lined butt and tip rings, and a cork handle with single alloy slip ring reel seat. This rod, stamped E 95777 (1954) is 7” shorter than original, having had its tip professionally replaced. It comes complete with a turned alloy stopper, Hardy twin pocket khaki cloth bag and the 58th edition (1951) Hardy Anglers Guide Book included.
