Rare vintage J.S. Sharpe of Aberdeen “The Scotia” 7ft 2 piece Split Cane Spinning Rod in excellent condition. Copper whipped bronzed brass suction ferrule, traditional red whipped eyes and a 13 1/2” cork trumpet handle with twin alloy sliding reel fittings. Supplied with original Sharpe’s cloth bag. Condition: * Overall excellent vintage condition * Cane is straight with no obvious sets * Cork handle shows signs honest use. * Rings and whippings appear to be original and in excellent condition * very light cosmetic wear consistent with a rod of this age.
