Bronzed brass suction ferrule, traditional red whipped snake eyes and a cork handle with down locking alloy reel seat. Supplied with original Sharpe’s cloth bag. Condition: * Overall very good vintage condition * Cane is straight with no obvious sets * Cork handle shows signs honest use. * Light cosmetic wear consistent with a rod of this age (circa 1970) A classic split cane well balanced trout fly rod ( numbered 1182 100 ) by the renowned Scottish maker J.S.
